The production story that started in Bursa in 1971 with two looms, five staff and 10 tons of towel capacity per year continues today in plants with 122,000 m² indoor area, 14,000 tons of cotton yarn, 7,500 tons of towels and 18,000,000 metres of home textiles per year.
At the plants, production is fully integrated from raw cotton to cotton yarn, from yarn to weaving and from dyehouse to confection. The quality process starts with cotton selection and ends with process control at every stage and final-product quality control. All towels and bathrobes carrying the Özdilek label use yarn produced in Özdilek plants.
With the capacity and quality of production in integrated plants using modern technology and automation, it ranks in the world’s top 6 and 1st in Europe in towel and bathrobe production.
