Polyurethane elastomer’s resistance to abrasion, cutting and tearing, the ability to produce it in different hardnesses and thicknesses, and to cut it as sheets or strips, have led to its use for elastic plates, sheets, strips and blocks. Special products such as vibration pads, blanket scrapers, squeegee rubbers and under-blade scrapers are made from polyurethane elastomer. Lamolen is a channel mould for one-way ribbed (asmolen) slabs. Memory PU Insole

Memory-polyurethane insoles are produced fabric- or leather-covered or uncovered. Hardness, colour and covering follow the customer; gel can be integrated for extra properties. The two raw materials are loaded into machine tanks separately, mixed and injected; after moulding at a set time and temperature the part is demoulded. Free density, reaction time, hardness and durability tests are run before serial production.

High-Density PU Insole

The range is wide because of the raw-material properties and high-technology machines. High-density polyurethane is used for insoles, medical parts, motorcycle protective equipment, mousepads and wrist rests, with different properties per model. The parts have no disturbing odour; high density gives all-day comfort under the foot and allows long use. Production can integrate TPU or gel and is mould-cast in the customer’s colour.

Filament Winding

The process of winding fiber impregnated with resin onto a rotating mold (mandrel) in a controlled pattern, angle, and thickness. After curing on the mold, the product is removed using a mold separator machine. This method produces high-strength products; UV resistance, hardness, and fire resistance can be enhanced with resin additives. Cylindrical or conical pipes and tubes and other hollow sections can be produced. Fiberglass and carbon fibers with polyester and epoxy resins are used. The facility has a 3-axis CNC filament winding line (L=12 m, Φmax=800 mm) and a 4-axis servo creel CNC filament winding line (L=6 m, Φmax=800 mm).
