Concrete Elements ServiceProject consulting is offered for ribbed-slab mould selection, sizing and concrete-saving calculations. Design and product development were carried out jointly with Istanbul Technical University. The Çorlu laboratory checks quality standards and production for the climate of use. Consulting covers site application of the waffle, Lamolen and Plata lines.

General Plastic MoldsAccording to the Kasetkalip services page, moulds are made from virgin material (100+ uses) or recycled material (80 percent of original character). Ribbed-slab moulds have been produced since 2004 at the Istanbul office and the Çorlu plant. Daily waffle-mould capacity of 250–500 and laboratory quality control are in-house. Size and material are chosen to the customer’s project.

Molded Plastics ServiceThe process of winding fiber impregnated with resin onto a rotating mold (mandrel) in a controlled pattern, angle, and thickness. After curing on the mold, the product is removed using a mold separator machine. This method produces high-strength products; UV resistance, hardness, and fire resistance can be enhanced with resin additives. Cylindrical or conical pipes and tubes and other hollow sections can be produced. Fiberglass and carbon fibers with polyester and epoxy resins are used. The facility has a 3-axis CNC filament winding line (L=12 m, Φmax=800 mm) and a 4-axis servo creel CNC filament winding line (L=6 m, Φmax=800 mm).
