Lamination and Lining Fabric Production
Custom Injection Molding ServiceLining fabrics are produced by latex lamination, flame lamination and film lamination. Every process needed for the insole is done in house; lines from lamination to forming pass quality control. Lining fabric is supplied together with PU and sponge insole applications as an integrated feed to shoe brands. Work runs on modern machines in an 8,000 m² hall in Karabük OSB.

Sponge Casting and Cutting
Injection Molding ServiceChemicals in the required formulation are pumped into a sponge-casting machine with a moving conveyor to form the sponge line. After casting, blocks are cut to the required thickness on precision machines and delivered as rolls about 30 m long and 1.5 m wide. Density options including Orthoflex MDI and memory-foam TDI are produced; density and hardness tests measure quality. Safety-shoe insole demand is also served on this line.

Filament Winding
Molded Plastics ServiceThe process of winding fiber impregnated with resin onto a rotating mold (mandrel) in a controlled pattern, angle, and thickness. After curing on the mold, the product is removed using a mold separator machine. This method produces high-strength products; UV resistance, hardness, and fire resistance can be enhanced with resin additives. Cylindrical or conical pipes and tubes and other hollow sections can be produced. Fiberglass and carbon fibers with polyester and epoxy resins are used. The facility has a 3-axis CNC filament winding line (L=12 m, Φmax=800 mm) and a 4-axis servo creel CNC filament winding line (L=6 m, Φmax=800 mm).
