Wagstaff AirSlip air-cast billets — smooth surface, small shell zone and uniform grain; 100 percent ultrasonically tested. Alloys 1050, 1350, 3003, 5083, 6005, 6005A, 6060, 6063, 6061A, 6082 and 6463. Diameters 152 mm (6 inch), 178 mm (7 inch) and 254 mm (10 inch), lengths up to 6,500 mm. Cast and homogenised extrusion-ready billet across the 1000 to 7000 series, supplied to fabricators and OEMs in the UK and Europe.

Ems, Yms and Seko slitting lines process 0.27–4.00 mm thickness, 1600–2050 mm entry width and 25–40 t coils. Air-assisted packing on the Alcos line reduces surface scratching. Slit strip is supplied to white goods, automotive and metal-goods plants.

Trapezoidal roofing sheet

The trapezoidal line forms sheet at 0.27–0.90 mm thickness, up to 1250 mm width and 12 t coil weight. Feedstock is converted from cold, hot, galvanized, prepainted, Alusi and Aluzinc coils. Cut sheets are supplied for roof and façade use.

Billet, extrusion, heat treatment, finishing and machining under one roof. Extrusion to EN 755-9 and EN 12020, heat treatment to EN 755-2:2009. Producibility envelope: max width 320 × 50 mm, square 200 × 200 mm, tubular diameter 270 mm, plate 400 × 5 mm, up to 65 kg/m. Tempers T4, T5, T6, T64 and T66. The die is designed and cut for the exact cross-section within that envelope. Core alloys 6005, 6060, 6063 and 6082.
