Custom Aluminium Profile Extrusion
Custom Aluminium ExtrusionBillet, extrusion, heat treatment, finishing and machining under one roof. Extrusion to EN 755-9 and EN 12020, heat treatment to EN 755-2:2009. Producibility envelope: max width 320 × 50 mm, square 200 × 200 mm, tubular diameter 270 mm, plate 400 × 5 mm, up to 65 kg/m. Tempers T4, T5, T6, T64 and T66. The die is designed and cut for the exact cross-section within that envelope. Core alloys 6005, 6060, 6063 and 6082.

CNC Machining ServiceCNC machining is handled in-house as part of the same process as extrusion. Accurate machining for complex and detailed parts. Machining, drilling, punching and other fabrication-related operations can be reviewed with the quotation. Semi-fabricating for energy and assembly work includes cutting to size, drilling, machining and fixing. Anodising and powder coating sit in the same chain from die to despatch.

The powder-coating plant has a capacity of 9,000 tons and paints profiles up to 8 metres under full automation. The anodising plant has a capacity of 19,000 tons and processes profiles up to 7.5 metres, with black and silver colour options plus E3 polishing and E2 brushing. Vibratory finishing is used for deburring, polishing and surface smoothing.
