Our technologies and R&D studies bring together Anatolia’s dairy culture with world-class expertise. We design our facilities ourselves and lead the design and production in Turkey of much of the software, machinery and equipment we use. We established the first R&D center in our industry in 2016 at Karacabey. Holding two international and 27 national patents and 141 utility models, the center employs 35 researchers. Product development covers new production techniques, improvement of existing ones, efficiency, and Industry 4.0 applications such as production-line robots and automation systems.
