Prometal Galvano was established in 2004 to serve in Surface Treatment Technologies and Automatic Plating Lines.
At the beginning of production life, we gained experience by serving different sectors. Since 2008, we have expanded our investments and moved to the existing production area of 2,000 square meters in order to provide better service to our customers.
Since the new period, we have established different plants such as Zinc & Alkali Zinc, POP Facilities, Nickel+Chrome Facilities for Automotive and White Goods, as well as special processes and hard anodizing for the aviation industry. With these plants, we gained serious experiences abroad especially in Uzbekistan, Canada, America, Greece and Bulgaria. Using this experience, we design the plants to ensure the sustainability of the targeted capacity with a customer and efficiency optimisation approach.

Nickel-Chrome Plating Line
Nickel-chrome plants for automotive and white goods are among the line groups Prometal has built since 2008. Plants are designed around the customer and efficiency; sustainability of the target capacity is the basis. As an automatic plating line, tanks, transporters and process control are manufactured together. Installation has been applied in Turkey and abroad (Uzbekistan, Canada, the USA, Greece, Bulgaria).
Automatic and Manual Plating Plants
Prometal Galvano builds automatic plating plants as well as zinc and alkaline zinc, POP plants and manual plating lines. It has served in surface-treatment technology since 2004 and moved to a 2,000 m² production area in 2008. Plants are delivered with engineering, manufacture and installation to the customer’s requirements. Surface-treatment projects have been carried out in Uzbekistan, Canada, the USA, Greece and Bulgaria.
Hard Anodizing Line
The required plant is designed entirely around the customer’s needs; engineering, manufacture, installation and commissioning are carried out by Prometal. Special processes and hard-anodizing plant installations for aviation are stated on the About page. The line is sized for aluminium surface treatment with capacity and efficiency in mind. Spare parts and technical support are offered over the life of the plant.
Services
Plating Ventilation and Scrubber Systems
Plating ventilation moves process gases off the line through collectors, ducts and fans. Flue-gas washing units (scrubbers) wash plating fumes to reduce workplace and environmental emissions. The system is engineered together with automatic and manual plating plants. Prometal manufactures and installs ventilation as part of the surface-treatment line.
Plating Plant Engineering and Installation
The required plant is designed entirely around the customer; engineering, manufacture, installation and commissioning are carried out by Prometal. Zinc, alkaline zinc, nickel-chrome, POP and hard-anodizing lines are sized with the same engineering approach. Efficiency-focused design is used so that the target capacity can be sustained. Spare parts and field support continue after installation.
Surface-Treatment Project Consulting
Prometal has taken experience from different sectors into projects in Uzbekistan, Canada, the USA, Greece and Bulgaria. Plants are designed so that the target capacity can be sustained with a customer- and efficiency-focused approach.
