Rooftop PV Mounting Systems

NLB Solar manufactures mounting systems for every roof type. After receiving project location, roof type and panel layout, it prepares an optimized construction layout and price offer and solves static projects to TSE and Eurocode. Pitched-roof lines include NLB LongRail StudBolt (purlin connection on trapezoidal sheet, sandwich panel and shingle), LongRail TileMount under tiles, LongRail ClipMount on standing seams without screws, LongRail SideMount, Short Rail and Mini Rail. Flat-roof NLB Flat Roof South and EastWest systems are supplied for gravel, concrete, bitumen and membrane, with screws and sealing included.

Ground-Mounted PV Systems

NLB Solar offers two ground-mounted PV systems: pile-driven installation and concrete foundation with anchors. Structural calculations are based on project location, soil study and panel choice, and the optimum solution is proposed to the EPC. Locally manufactured systems focus on durability and ease of installation, with competitive pricing and short lead times. Pile-driven systems penetrate the ground directly; concrete-foot anchors are used on demanding soils. Segmented profiles, full-length profiles, mini rails and purlin connections are used in ground applications.

Façade PV and Custom Solutions

The NLB Mini Rail system allows solar plants to be installed on factory façades clad with trapezoidal sheet or sandwich panel. Where cladding is too weak, NLB Long StudBolt mounts with steel studs directly to the façade steel. The engineering team develops angled systems when required. Custom mounting solutions include floating PV, carports and façade PV, using Mini Rail and LongRail StudBolt as the main profile and connection lines.

Roof PV Aluminum Profile

The roof PV aluminum profile used in rooftop solar installations is a core member of the panel support structure. On rooftop systems the aluminum profiles fix the panels to the construction and set the correct tilt. Despite being light they are high-strength, which eases installation and avoids extra load on the building. Solarred profiles are designed to fit different roof types and can be produced to project-specific dimensions. They resist corrosion and are used on small rooftops as well as large industrial plants.

Solar Aluminum Profile

Solarred develops solar aluminum profiles for PV projects. The material is 6005–6063 T6 aluminum alloy, specified for high corrosion resistance plus UV and moisture durability. Applications include rooftop PV, ground-mount PV, carports and special mounting jobs. Compatibility is stated for all standard solar panel sizes; the light section speeds installation and lowers labour. Profiles can be tailored to Ankara site conditions, with project-specific cutting and engineering for local wind loads and climate.

Rooftop PV Systems / Rail Profiles

Solarred rooftop PV systems are support structures made to fit every roof type. PRO-101 rail profiles are supplied in full length or in sections; rail heights are 55 mm, 80 mm and 100 mm, with AL6063 quality certification. They suit horizontal and vertical layouts. Systems designed for both pitched and flat roofs are customised to roof type and dimensions. The engineering team runs static calculations against local climate; light but strong materials keep extra roof load low and installation is fast.

Static analysis follows TSE and Eurocode.

Structural Design

Static project planning is a critical step in the design and installation of solar energy systems. The process covers correct placement of panels, mounting structures, cable routes and other components, strength calculations for the supporting structures, and the resulting design. Support-structure calculations use wind, snow load and other environmental factors. Site selection and topographic analysis set panel tilt and height. Structural design and technical drawings are produced, and projects are completed with documents matching local codes and standards.

Mechanical and Electrical Installation

Mechanical assembly covers physically installing solar panels, mounting structures, carrier systems and other components. Services include erecting the mounting structures, installing panels at the designed tilt and height, cable management, and post-installation inspection. Electrical installation covers connecting panels to inverters and configuring the system, electrical panel installation, safe insulated cable connections, plus testing and validation.
