Street lighting poles are made 3–15 m high, galvanized or painted, with base flanges for anchored foundations and 1–4 lighting brackets in requested sizes, including decorative cut-outs. Sections are octagonal or circular. Poles 3–12 m are single-module; above 12 m they are two slip-joint modules. Square base plates and anchors scale with height. Finish is hot-dip galvanizing or galvanizing plus electrostatic oven paint. Manufacture follows TEDAŞ, TSE, CE40-2, CE40-5 and TIA/EIA-222 F. Mesh wire used for area protection and security is an economical woven-wire solution. It is mounted on screw posts set 60–80 metres apart from ground level; post spacing is adjusted to the application and the mesh can be moved by removing the screws. It resists abrasion. Main types are PVC-coated and galvanized: galvanized mesh woven from steel wire with zinc and hot-dip galvanizing, and PVC-coated mesh where a PVC layer is added on the wires.

It is made by forming a PVC layer around the wire via a special extrusion process; the steel core is hot-dip galvanized against rust. Protection from harmful sun rays is a primary aim. Produced with flexibility suitable for weaving, it keeps coating integrity in industrial, decoration, greenhouse and agricultural applications. It also serves as binding, tension, mesh or laundry wire and can be washed or wiped clean.

Hot-dip galvanizing coats iron or steel by immersion in molten zinc. Dost Galvaniz's process covers material intake, racking, degreasing, hydrochloric acid cleaning, rinsing, flux (zinc chloride and ammonium chloride), drying, a 440–460 °C zinc bath (at least 98% zinc), cooling, passivation, unracking and final testing. The coating forms zinc–iron alloy layers. The plant measures 7m x 1.6m x 3.6m in Ankara ASO2 OIZ; coating certificates can be issued under EN ISO 1461 and customer request.

Hot-dip galvanizing lines apply zinc coating, and panel/fence products can receive electrostatic powder coating. During panel fence production the substrate is treated around 433 °C to form the zinc phase layer; PVC or powder coat finishes are optional. Double panel fence can also be specified as hot-dip galvanized or PVC-coated. The three-line plant runs continuous production at 8,000 tons monthly galvanizing capacity.

Custom production covers annealed wire, baling wire, armour wire, copper-coated wire, steel mesh and various woven/panel fence forms per buyer request. Lines produce commercial and high-zinc coated wire from 0.80–8.00 mm; coil weights can be set between 50–1,500 kg. Fast response to specifications and shipment in requested sizes is part of the production policy.
