Injection Screws

Enformak injection screws are produced 100% in Türkiye. In thermoplastic and thermoset moulding they take material from the feed, melt it with mechanical energy, homogenise it and inject it into the cavity at high pressure. Design is optimised to viscosity, melt temperature and process parameters; profile, channel geometry and L/D set flow and fill speed. High-grade alloys plus coating and hardening raise resistance to wear, corrosion and sticking. Hardness 850–1050 HV, depth 0.5–0.7 mm. Standard, Barr, Maillefer, dispersive/distributive-mixer and PMMA injection screws are listed.

Plastication Barrels

Barrels are the components that heat and process feedstock in injection or extrusion; they provide controlled heating, melting, pressure and flow. Extrusion Screws
