ZERUST®/EXCOR® ICT®510-C VCI Film provides economical, versatile protection against rust and corrosion damage for metal assets during shipping and storage. It is offered in ferrous, non-ferrous and multimetal formulations, and in rolls, sheets, tubing and bags in various sizes. It emits invisible, odorless, non-toxic Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI); when the packaging is removed the VCI layer leaves the surface quickly. Under harsh conditions it can be combined with ZERUST® rust inhibitors or VCI emitters.

ICT®420 VCI Kraft Paper

ZERUST®/EXCOR® ICT®420 is an acid-free, pH-neutral, non-abrasive VCI kraft paper that combines the practicality and cost efficiency of paper packaging with advanced corrosion protection. It is suitable for wrapping, interleaving or layering metal parts. VCI technology settles on metal surfaces inside closed packaging to help prevent rust. Kraft format offers an alternative or complement to film packaging.

VCI Triplex Aluminium Barrier

ALPACK VCI combines VCI technology with an aluminium-barrier structure for long-term metal protection. The metallic aluminium layer in the multi-layer construction almost completely blocks gas and moisture. Typical structure is VCI PE / Al film / PET; production to MIL-PRF-131K and MIL-B-131H is stated. Heat-sealable and vacuumable, with high mechanical strength for long storage and shipping.
