Moisture Control / Desiccants
Desiccants used for drying process air are supplied. Silica gel packs (1–500 g) meet DIN 55473 and MIL-D-3464E, contain no DMF, and can adsorb more than 35% of their weight as moisture at 80% RH / 25°C. ZEOCHEM moisture desiccants and molecular sieves, plus Molecular Sieve / CMS for PSA oxygen-nitrogen, are supplied from stock. Indicator silica gel options support moisture monitoring.

VCI Packaging Solutions
In moisture-control technology, packaged moisture absorbers, VCI bags and aluminium-barrier solutions protect products in storage and shipping. The VCI polyethylene series (bags, film, shrink, bubble, stretch) enables clean, oil-free metal protection. Triplex aluminium barrier (ALPACK VCI) combines gas/moisture barrier with VCI vapor protection. Film, paper and barrier combinations are selected by application and shipping conditions.

Application engineers help prepare and pack trial shipments on site. Shipments are inspected and evaluated by a global ZERUST® representative at the destination. On-site support is delivered through representatives worldwide to help ensure solution effectiveness.

Laboratory Testing
ZERUST® can test the effectiveness of a proposed corrosion-management system under simulated extreme climate conditions at ZERUST®/EXCOR® support centers worldwide. Qualified customers are offered comprehensive corrosion consulting and laboratory testing services. The services page covers cyclic, salt-spray, humidity and similar lab tests plus training; formal quotes are requested via the ZERUST® team. NTIC may also offer additional services including product design.
