Carton sealing tape is produced with hotmelt or acrylic adhesive options, printed or unprinted. It is designed for closing all kinds of cartons and packaging materials with durable adhesion; water-based acrylic adhesive does not yellow and is suitable for low ambient temperatures. Customer-specific print and adhesive-type preferences are met for products that can also be used as security tape.

Edge-Banding EVA/PUR and Riepe Process Chemistry

In furniture edge banding, EVA is compared technically for economical fast production and PUR for a thin bondline with humidity and heat resistance. EVA/PUR options are published for PVC, ABS, PP, PET and decorative edge bands. Riepe process chemicals (release, cleaner, coolant, lubricant) are taken in the same control sequence. Jowat 930.74 PUR hot-melt cleaner and 931.00 EVA/PO flushing agent are in the catalogue. Koçak offers this package from Yedpa on a technical quote; it is not sold as a dispensing machine.

Lamination, Profile Wrapping and Textile Bonding Support

Activity areas define lamination and profile as foil, panel, textile and surface coating. Reactive PUR 605.62/605.65/605.68 are for wood-based profile wrapping and thick lamination materials. The textile sector page is titled sector application and technical solution. Flat lamination and 3D membrane press are separate application types on the quote form. Furniture Edge-Banding Glue Application Support

EVA edge-banding hotmelts such as HM 2571 and HM 7572 are used on solid, ABS, PVC, MDF, SuntaLAM and melamine bands; calcite filler is formulated to reduce delamination. 25 kg bags are standard. ProEnd’s about text states it has offered hotmelt solutions for furniture edge banding since 2001. Grade selection by band type and line speed is directed technically from Gaziantep.

Filter and Automotive Adhesive Development

Adhesives used in filter production must meet high standards; OYTI adhesives are specially formulated for filter-element manufacture. In automotive they are designed for demanding manufacturing methods and for interior durability and visual quality. HMPSA is published for cable retention in automotive supply. APAO hotmelts are chosen in automotive supply and woodworking for high heat resistance. Development is done with the chemist-engineer team in Yalova against the customer process.

Mattress and Upholstery Bonding Application Support

OYTITHERM hot melts give flexible, strong, noiseless bond seams in mattress production; they work in the cold, are odorless and emission-free, and a light transparent colour stays low-visibility through textiles. EVA is published for pocket springs; SBS/SIS HMPSA for foam-textile lamination and mattress assembly. OYTITACK water-based adhesives are applied by roll on full-foam mattresses as 1K and 2K solvent-free systems. Formulas are adapted for automatic or manual application. Support is from the Yalova plant.

Customer-Specific Hot Melt Formulation

OYTI offers not only a standard range but also customized, problem-oriented solutions for changing technologies and market requirements. Products are made to carefully developed formulas; development and QA laboratory experts monitor production continuously. Regular audits and certification to DIN EN ISO 9001 are the rule. Raw materials are selected from Europe, Asia and the United States, with incoming and outgoing inspections. The plant has operated in Yalova since 2018 with about 1,000 m² of production area.
