A4 Manual Hot Melt Gun
Valco Melton’s A4 hot-melt hand gun simplifies applications by offering design options in a reduced size. The compact hand-held gun is built to endure rough conditions and a longer life of quality applications. Features: easy pattern conversion; 1,500,000 cycles of guaranteed durability; a flexible housing that protects cables; a 360-degree hose swivel that stops twisting; a vertical hand-gun option; bottom and top adhesive inlets.
EcoStitch Electric Hot Melt Guns
Valco Melton’s EcoStitch electric gun series is for high-speed lines, high cycle rates and long service life. The valve can reach 3000 cycles/min in continuous running and is rated to 300 million cycles. An integrated filter is in the dispenser; it is compatible with industry-standard hoses and tanks. Modular design allows quick change and different valve layouts. A ceramic seat and carbide-tipped pump mount cut wear; a solenoid valve gives accurate glue lengths at high speed.
Valco Melton KUBE Hot Melt Dispensing System
KUBE is a melt-on-demand hot-melt dispenser with three mounts: panel, machine and split. An enclosed body and integrated autofeeder cut adhesive degradation and maintenance. It suits case and carton sealing and tray making; the grid melts 9–12 kg/h and pumps more than 30 kg/h. Up to 6 hoses/guns; ME dual-acting, MKF Minigun and EcoStitch guns. Auto Pressure Dump, multi-function control and a manual-fill option so the line need not stop in an emergency.
