Production of lamellar graphite (grey) and spheroidal graphite (ductile) cast iron at the İzmir and Manisa plants with a capacity of 5,000 tons/year. Melting is done in two 800 kW induction furnaces of 2 tons/hour each; with a monthly melting and casting capacity of 350 tons, single parts up to 6 tons in grey iron and 4 tons in ductile iron are cast. The semi-automatic moulding line handles 750x550x200 mm flasks at 40 moulds per hour.
