Grey and Ductile Iron Casting
Iron Casting ServiceProduction of lamellar graphite (grey) and spheroidal graphite (ductile) cast iron at the İzmir and Manisa plants with a capacity of 5,000 tons/year. Melting is done in two 800 kW induction furnaces of 2 tons/hour each; with a monthly melting and casting capacity of 350 tons, single parts up to 6 tons in grey iron and 4 tons in ductile iron are cast. The semi-automatic moulding line handles 750x550x200 mm flasks at 40 moulds per hour.

Resin Sand Moulding and Heavy Casting Production
Sand Casting ServiceLarge products up to 3000x4000x1200 mm are moulded using a resin sand preparation mixer with a capacity of 10 tons/hour. Moulds are coated with refractory wash in a dedicated coating machine. Smaller jobs are hand moulded in synthetic sand, and the core shop produces Cold Box, CO2 and resin-bonded cores with a 6 tons/hour mixer.
