Custom Hydraulic Manifold Block Design and Manufacturing
Hydraulic System SolutionsHydraulic manifold blocks are designed from any circuit diagram and to suit specific applications, then manufactured accordingly. Blocks are designed in 3D and machined on 4- and 5-axis CNC vertical machining centres. Besides in-house design, blocks are also produced to customer drawings; surface protection processes are applied on request and every block is function-tested before shipment.

The R&D process is run in coordination with the customer based on their requirements; standard or custom hydraulic and pneumatic circuit components are designed with state-of-the-art 3D modelling software, and 3D drawings can be shared so the customer can verify the product on their own system.

The work covers FEA for pressure and stress, flow-speed calculations, pipe size optimisation, heat balance and accumulator sizing. A digital twin is used to complete collision checks before manufacturing.
