KHS Type Hydraulic Cylinders
Hydraulic cylinders with mounting dimensions and connection types to MAG standards and 8 standard mounting styles. Bore 40–200 mm, rod 22–140 mm and stroke up to 3000 mm, with optional adjustable cushioning and double-rod option. Nominal pressure 160 bar (250 bar optional), test pressure 240 bar. Honed St52 BK+S barrel and Ck45 rod with min. 20 µm hard chrome in f7 tolerance; each cylinder is leak-tested to ISO 10100 before shipment.
NHS Type Hydraulic Cylinders (CETOP-R58H)
Hydraulic cylinders with mounting dimensions and connections to CETOP-R58H and bore/rod diameters to ISO 3320. Bore 50–200 mm, rod 28–140 mm, stroke up to 3000 mm; 8 standard mounting styles, optional adjustable cushioning and double rod. 160 bar nominal / 240 bar test pressure, operating with mineral oils (DIN 51524 HL, HLP) between -20 °C and +80 °C; versions for -30 °C to +200 °C available on request.
Telescopic Hydraulic Cylinders
Telescopic hydraulic cylinders with mounting dimensions to MAG standards, built single- or double-acting. Bore 65–180 mm, rod 20–166 mm, 2, 3 or 4 stages and stroke up to 5000 mm (extendable on request). Nominal pressure 160 bar, test pressure 240 bar; honed St52 BK+S barrel and rod with min. 20 µm hard chrome. Every cylinder passes internal and external leak tests to ISO 10100; 2-year warranty and 10 years of spare-part support.

Turnkey Fluid Power Projects
Besides standard and series production, Mert Akışkan Gücü also delivers custom turnkey fluid power projects for its customers' needs. The R&D process is run in coordination with the customer based on their requirements; standard or custom hydraulic and pneumatic circuit components are designed with state-of-the-art 3D modelling software, and 3D drawings can be shared so the customer can verify the product on their own system.
Custom Hydraulic Manifold Block Design and Manufacturing
Hydraulic manifold blocks are designed from any circuit diagram and to suit specific applications, then manufactured accordingly. Blocks are designed in 3D and machined on 4- and 5-axis CNC vertical machining centres. Besides in-house design, blocks are also produced to customer drawings; surface protection processes are applied on request and every block is function-tested before shipment.
Custom Hydraulic Cylinder Design and Manufacturing
Besides standard products, all kinds of custom hydraulic cylinders are designed and manufactured to customer requirements. Single- or double-acting custom cylinders from 20 mm to 600 mm bore and up to 6000 mm stroke are produced for the machinery, iron and steel, construction equipment and mining industries, for operating temperatures from -50 °C to +300 °C and pressures up to 1000 bar. Designs are made with 3D solid modelling, and 3D drawings are sent to the customer for verification when needed.
