Custom Hydraulic Cylinder Design and Manufacturing
Hydraulic System DesignBesides standard products, all kinds of custom hydraulic cylinders are designed and manufactured to customer requirements. Single- or double-acting custom cylinders from 20 mm to 600 mm bore and up to 6000 mm stroke are produced for the machinery, iron and steel, construction equipment and mining industries, for operating temperatures from -50 °C to +300 °C and pressures up to 1000 bar. Designs are made with 3D solid modelling, and 3D drawings are sent to the customer for verification when needed.

SolidWorks, SpaceClaim and AutoCAD LT are used for CAD, Cimatron for CAM, ANSYS Mechanical for FEA and ANSYS Fluent for CFD.

3D Engineering and Hydraulic System Design
Hydraulic System Design3D CAD modelling, circuit diagrams and manifold block design for hydraulic and pneumatic systems in SolidWorks, AutoCAD and ePlan Fluid. The work covers FEA for pressure and stress, flow-speed calculations, pipe size optimisation, heat balance and accumulator sizing. A digital twin is used to complete collision checks before manufacturing.
