The R&D process is run in coordination with the customer based on their requirements; standard or custom hydraulic and pneumatic circuit components are designed with state-of-the-art 3D modelling software, and 3D drawings can be shared so the customer can verify the product on their own system.

Custom Hydraulic Cylinder Design and Manufacturing
Hydraulic System DesignBesides standard products, all kinds of custom hydraulic cylinders are designed and manufactured to customer requirements. Single- or double-acting custom cylinders from 20 mm to 600 mm bore and up to 6000 mm stroke are produced for the machinery, iron and steel, construction equipment and mining industries, for operating temperatures from -50 °C to +300 °C and pressures up to 1000 bar. Designs are made with 3D solid modelling, and 3D drawings are sent to the customer for verification when needed.

Custom Hydraulic Block Manufacturing
Hydraulic System SolutionsNG6 subplates and standard or customer-specific hydraulic blocks are produced at the Hydro-Pack facility. Production runs on a machine park of two CNC lathes, three CNC vertical milling machines, a CNC sliding head lathe, a universal lathe, vertical and horizontal milling machines and a hardness testing machine. Blocks are supplied together with NG6 and NG10 solenoid valves and modular valves as a complete solution.
