Hydraulic Technical SupportRevision and modernisation of hydraulic cylinders, pumps, valves and power units. Work includes damage assessment, honing, chrome plating and seal replacement, swapping old valves and pumps for current ones, and converting relay systems to PLC panels. Each revised cylinder is static and dynamic leak tested at 1.5x working pressure and delivered with a warranty.

Custom Hydraulic Cylinder Design and Manufacturing
Hydraulic System DesignBesides standard products, all kinds of custom hydraulic cylinders are designed and manufactured to customer requirements. Single- or double-acting custom cylinders from 20 mm to 600 mm bore and up to 6000 mm stroke are produced for the machinery, iron and steel, construction equipment and mining industries, for operating temperatures from -50 °C to +300 °C and pressures up to 1000 bar. Designs are made with 3D solid modelling, and 3D drawings are sent to the customer for verification when needed.
