Vertical Electrostatic Powder Coating
Aluminium Surface Treatment ServicesAluminium profiles are coated in a wide range of RAL colours to customer requirements in a vertical electrostatic powder coating plant with an annual capacity of 35,000 tonnes. The plant is QUALICOAT certified; coated profiles resist corrosion and UV exposure. A chrome-free 'Cromfree' pretreatment process and paints without organic solvents are used.

Custom Aluminium Extrusion
Custom Aluminium ExtrusionBillets are heated to 420-520°C and pressed through steel dies heated to 450°C to form profiles, followed by cooling, stretching, cutting to length and ageing at 185°C for 5 hours. The die shop has a capacity of 2,000 die sets per year using 3D solid modelling (CAD-CAM). Profile requests of different sizes for various sectors are met on 6 to 10 inch presses.

The plant has powder coating booths and a conveyor line where profiles are hung and coated. Aluminium Surface Treatment ServicesThe fully automatic anodizing plant treats profiles from 2,000 to 7,500 mm with an annual capacity of 30,000 tons under the QUALANOD specification and TSE guarantee, offering standard colours plus optional colour work. The special anodizing plant installed in 2021 has an annual capacity of 12,000,000 parts and performs hard and special anodizing at 5–80 µm thickness, up to 400 HV hardness and 500–1000 gloss. Processes meet RoHS and REACH requirements.

Electrostatic Powder Coating
Aluminium Surface Treatment ServicesThe automatic electrostatic powder coating plant and new vertical coating line paint aluminium profiles in RAL colours of various gloss levels as well as customer-specific colours. Profiles up to 9,000 mm long can be processed and plant quality is certified by the European QUALICOAT label. Chrome-free pretreatment and solvent-free powders are used; annual capacity is 50,000 tons.
