According to the Kasetkalip services page, moulds are made from virgin material (100+ uses) or recycled material (80 percent of original character). Ribbed-slab moulds have been produced since 2004 at the Istanbul office and the Çorlu plant. Daily waffle-mould capacity of 250–500 and laboratory quality control are in-house. Size and material are chosen to the customer’s project.
