General Plastic MoldsAccording to the Kasetkalip services page, moulds are made from virgin material (100+ uses) or recycled material (80 percent of original character). Ribbed-slab moulds have been produced since 2004 at the Istanbul office and the Çorlu plant. Daily waffle-mould capacity of 250–500 and laboratory quality control are in-house. Size and material are chosen to the customer’s project.

Formwork Rental
Molded Plastics ServiceLAM Plastik and Kasetkalip offer waffle and asmolen moulds for rental as well as sale. Uses abroad where return is not possible are directed to sale; domestic sites are served from rental stock. Because the moulds are designed for more than 100 uses, the rental cycle is kept economical. Delivery and stripping advice are given together with project services.

Custom-Size Lintel Production
Concrete Elements ServicePrecast reinforced-concrete or pumice lintel types shorten installation time and reduce labour. They can be produced in various sizes and types; project-specific sizing is available so openings get a matching solution. Lintels transfer wall loads above the opening to the side supports. Newly produced units are cured under controlled temperature and humidity so they last without cracking.

Concrete Elements ServiceTurnkey factory buildings are industrial structures in which design, production, erection and handover are managed as a single package. Contracting is delivered turnkey using prefabricated building elements that hold TSEK and ISO manufacturing and quality certificates. Because each factory’s process and needs differ, projects are planned to the intended use, capacity and technical requirements. Design, production, shipment, erection and handover are all run by the specialist team, and the building is delivered ready for production.
