Industrial Knives
Industrial knives are used for precise cutting in paper, plastics, textiles, metalworking, food and recycling. Mikro Makina makes knives in high-carbon steel, stainless steel, tungsten carbide and ceramic to customer size and form. Split circular knives can be fitted without removing the shaft; custom manufacture, wear-resistant life and a precise cutting surface are listed advantages. Spare parts and special components are also machined on 4- and 5-axis CNC.
Ultrasonic Pattern Discs
Ultrasonic pattern discs / pattern rolls are rotary sonotrode tools for continuous welding, cutting or embossing on nonwoven and packaging lines. Mikro Makina publishes attendance at INDEX nonwovens fairs and lists pattern discs in its product range. Discs are machined on 4–5-axis CNC with welding/embossing bands and shaft bearings. Material and geometry are made to the application’s 20–40 kHz resonance.
Ultrasonic Horns (Sonotrodes)
Ultrasonic horns (sonotrodes) transmit vibration to the weld or cut zone in welding, cutting, soldering and drilling. Mikro Makina CNC-machines horns from titanium (Ti6Al4V), aluminium 7075 and stainless steel as λ/2 resonators matched to the system. Operating frequencies are 20, 30, 35 and 40 kHz; amplitude 10–50 μm; geometry is flat, slotted, notched or custom and FEM-optimised. On 5-axis CNC, horns are resonance-tested and dynamically balanced to minimise vibration losses. Micro-texturing (Rz 3–5 μm) can increase frictional grip.
Services
4- and 5-Axis CNC Custom Parts Machining
The company machines industrial knives, horns and special machine parts on new-generation 5-axis machines. The site states spare-part and special-component manufacture on 4- and 5-axis CNC. Precision CNC is offered at micron level together with inspection of each product and on-time delivery. Prototyping and sector-specific solutions are included.
Custom Ultrasonic Horn Design and Production
Mikro Makina offers application-specific ultrasonic horn design and production. Horns are FEM-designed to cut vibration losses, then resonance-tested and balanced. Material (Ti6Al4V, Al 7075, stainless), frequency (20–40 kHz), amplitude (10–50 μm) and geometry are chosen for the customer process. 5-axis CNC provides micron-level machining.
Ultrasonic Blade and Cutting-Tool Manufacturing
In ultrasonic cutting the blade vibrates at 20–40 kHz for high-speed cutting with minimum pressure. Mikro Makina makes straight, serrated and special-form ultrasonic blades and designs for food, textile, packaging and composites. High-grade stainless steels and titanium alloys are used. 4- and 5-axis CNC spare parts and special components are part of the same service.
