CNC Machining ServiceIn ultrasonic cutting the blade vibrates at 20–40 kHz for high-speed cutting with minimum pressure. Mikro Makina makes straight, serrated and special-form ultrasonic blades and designs for food, textile, packaging and composites. Custom Ultrasonic Horn Design and Production
CNC Machining ServiceMikro Makina offers application-specific ultrasonic horn design and production. Horns are FEM-designed to cut vibration losses, then resonance-tested and balanced. Material (Ti6Al4V, Al 7075, stainless), frequency (20–40 kHz), amplitude (10–50 μm) and geometry are chosen for the customer process. 5-axis CNC provides micron-level machining.
