Natural black olives are Giral’s core product. They are selected from Gemlik and regional harvests. Fermentation uses traditional stone-press methods. The Akhisar Sülaymanlı OSB plant is ISO 22000:2018 certified.
Oil-Cured Black Olives
Oil-cured black olives are flavoured in brine by natural means then oil is added. Giral processes them at the Akhisar plant. Halal and ISO 22000 are certified. Calibre follows the order. Oil-Cured Black Olives is made at the Sülaymanlı OSB plant.
Green Olives
The range covers olive types. The Akhisar plant processes green olives with the black line. ISO 22000:2018 is certified. Cracked/scratched type follows the order. Green Olives is made at the Sülaymanlı OSB plant.
