ZERUST®/EXCOR® ICT®510-C VCI Film provides economical, versatile protection against rust and corrosion damage for metal assets during shipping and storage. It is offered in ferrous, non-ferrous and multimetal formulations, and in rolls, sheets, tubing and bags in various sizes. It emits invisible, odorless, non-toxic Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI); when the packaging is removed the VCI layer leaves the surface quickly. Under harsh conditions it can be combined with ZERUST® rust inhibitors or VCI emitters.

Desiccants used for drying process air are supplied. Silica gel packs (1–500 g) meet DIN 55473 and MIL-D-3464E, contain no DMF, and can adsorb more than 35% of their weight as moisture at 80% RH / 25°C. ZEOCHEM moisture desiccants and molecular sieves, plus Molecular Sieve / CMS for PSA oxygen-nitrogen, are supplied from stock. Indicator silica gel options support moisture monitoring.
