They are roll-formed to project length, 3D-modelled and punched for fully bolted, weld-free kit delivery. After cold forming, hot-dip galvanized members are dipped in a ~450°C zinc bath (e.g. 50-80 microns); pre-galvanized / Magnelis® / Macrolite® coil profiles add self-healing protection at cuts and holes. C sections are typically used as driven piles; lipped Z or Sigma sections as the main purlins. Oval slot holes of about 3-5 cm allow site level tolerance.

Roof Solar Carrier SystemFor industrial rooftop PV, existing factory or warehouse roofs are surveyed: column and beam thicknesses are measured and GES dead load (module + rails) is added to snow load in the static model. If capacity is insufficient, light steel or aluminium alloy stiffeners are added to main columns or trusses. Standing-seam, trapezoidal or sandwich-panel clamps grip the ribs without drilling the sheet; mini rails, L feet and clamps are supplied. Thinner Magnelis® / ZM roll-formed profiles may be used to cut roof load. Site welding is avoided so the galvanizing stays intact; kits arrive pre-punched for bolted assembly.
