Solar Steel StructureSolar carport systems for airports, shopping centres, hospitals and similar sites are project-specific steel structures with high strength and corrosion resistance. The single-vehicle system holds 6 modules (about 3.5–4 kWp); the double-vehicle system holds 10 modules (about 6–6.5 kWp), in zinc-magnesium-aluminium coated steel. The modular layout scales from one bay to large parking areas and is compatible with EV charging infrastructure.

Roof Solar Carrier SystemRoof systems for trapezoidal and sandwich roofs are fastened with standard roof screws. Rails and clamps are aluminium EN AW 6063-T6; fasteners stainless A2-70; brackets stainless 304 and aluminium EN AW 6063-T6; sealing is EPDM. Module orientation is landscape or portrait. On-roof aluminium supply is 1,500 tons per month, processing EN-AW-6060, EN-AW-6063 and EN-AW-6082 with T5 and T6 heat treatment, for roof integration, waterproofing, aerodynamic design and quick installation.

Trapezoidal Roof Mounting Systems
Roof Solar Carrier SystemHigh-strength aluminium and steel structures for rooftop solar plants combine light weight and rigidity. Double Rail is a dual-carrier system for solar applications that need high load capacity; two parallel rails spread the load. The profile is EN AW 6063 aluminium, 150–7000 mm long, for vertical or horizontal layout. A rubber gasket is assembled to an AISI 304 stainless-steel bracket, the bracket is fixed to the trapezoidal roof with a sealed screw, and the clamp set is mounted to the rail with an M8 bolt.
