About names aluminium injection-cast mould manufacture as the first activity; production is on 2,800 m² at Tuzla Leather OSB. History states that in 2013 fixture and serial-production units were added beside moulds. In 2015 a PROMPT EDM 1270-L PNC sinker EDM was added to the toolroom. Address is Vakum Cad. Antik Sk. Plastic injection moulds and sheet-metal dies are recorded as TAYSAD product groups. Tooling design feeds the injection and press lines. The plant is at Karanfil Caddesi No:15 Orders and shipments are handled from the Beylikdüzü OSB (Istanbul) plant; technical sizes and materials are confirmed against the customer specification.

After order approval the steps are specification review, DFM, concept, cooling-runner-ejection optimisation and injection simulation. In automotive, APQP, PFMEA and control plans are tied to design; mould making and casting run in the same organisation.

Mould manufacturing was Karmak’s founding activity in 1989. Project-specific tools are made with CAD/CAM and CNC. The Manisa tool room shares the roof with injection. Steel and cavity count follow part life. The MOSB plant at Mengü Pekcan Cad. No:3 makes this on 54,000 m².
