About
In aluminium injection-cast moulds, machining-fixture manufacture, serial-part machining and assembly we produce on 2,800 m² in Istanbul Tuzla Leather OSB with management, quality, technical and operator teams. With managers experienced 35 years in tooling and serial manufacture, an experienced technical team and qualified support staff we put quality production first. With CNC and conventional machines and technological measuring systems, external dependence is minimal.
Founded in 1990 in Istanbul as Güçlü Kalıp Plastik 90 by Ali Aslan on 100 m² for plastic and aluminium injection moulds and apparatus. In 2005 Omega Kalıpçılık Sanayi Tic. Ltd. Şti. was formed and moved to 450 m². In 2013 Omega moved to today’s 2,800 m² plant in Tuzla Leather OSB and added clamping fixtures and serial-part machining. It held ISO 9001-2008 in 2013 and ISO/TS 16949:2009 in 2016.

Aluminium injection-cast moulds
About names aluminium injection-cast mould manufacture as the first activity; production is on 2,800 m² at Tuzla Leather OSB. History states that in 2013 fixture and serial-production units were added beside moulds. In 2015 a PROMPT EDM 1270-L PNC sinker EDM was added to the toolroom. Address is Vakum Cad. Antik Sk. Machining fixtures

Serially machined aluminium parts

Quality control (CMM, 2D, roughness, profile projector)
The quality-control page writes that products are followed with continuous checks in the laboratory. CMM, 2D measuring, surface-roughness, profile projector, various gauges and masters are available. ISO/TS 16949:2009 was obtained in 2016. Control is at the Tuzla Ç1-1 plant.
Assembly and packing
The assembly page writes that a 600 m² packing section offers solutions to special customer requests. Plastic, divider, kraft and grammage cartons pack 1–500 kg in sizes from 110×100×50 mm to 1200×800×1000 mm. Bush insertion and screw assembly are offered with product-specific machines.
Surface treatment (blasting, polishing, vibration, pad print)
