Hollow Structural Sections

Steel hollow sections are offered in grades S235JRH, S275J0H, S275J2H, S275MH, S355J0H, S355J2H and S355K2H to EN 10219-1, TS EN 10219-2 and ASTM A-500. Outside sizes range 10×15–600×400 mm, lengths 0.70–20 m and wall thickness 3–12 mm. Square or rectangular sections serve as columns, beams, frames and roof systems, and in automotive, machinery, furniture and metalworking. Galvanizing, paint or epoxy coatings can protect against corrosion.

Hot Rolled Steel Sheet (HR)

Hot-rolled (HR) sheets are produced by rolling at high temperature and are offered in grades such as S235JR, S275JR, S355JR and related qualities (S235J2, S275J0, S355J2(+N), etc.). Typical uses include construction and earthmoving machinery, general structural plate, road and rail vehicles, storage tanks, containers, pressure vessels and boilers, LPG equipment, and ship interiors and keels. Standard and industrial pre-insulated geothermal pipes are manufactured at the 23,000 m² Polatlı OSB plant to EN 253 / EN 448 / EN 15632 / EN 12201-2. Steel, PE and PP-R lines are produced to project diameter. The Geothermal Pipe Manufacturing service is supplied in this scope from the plant. The 23,000 m² Polatlı OSB plant follows EN 253, EN 448, EN 15632 and EN 12201-2; production started in İvedik in 1997 and has been in Polatlı since 2000.
