Automatic and Manual Plating Plants

Prometal Galvano builds automatic plating plants as well as zinc and alkaline zinc, POP plants and manual plating lines. It has served in surface-treatment technology since 2004 and moved to a 2,000 m² production area in 2008. Plants are delivered with engineering, manufacture and installation to the customer’s requirements. Surface-treatment projects have been carried out in Uzbekistan, Canada, the USA, Greece and Bulgaria.

Nickel-Chrome Plating Line

Nickel-chrome plants for automotive and white goods are among the line groups Prometal has built since 2008. Plants are designed around the customer and efficiency; sustainability of the target capacity is the basis. As an automatic plating line, tanks, transporters and process control are manufactured together. Installation has been applied in Turkey and abroad (Uzbekistan, Canada, the USA, Greece, Bulgaria).

Hard Anodizing Line

The required plant is designed entirely around the customer’s needs; engineering, manufacture, installation and commissioning are carried out by Prometal. Special processes and hard-anodizing plant installations for aviation are stated on the About page. The line is sized for aluminium surface treatment with capacity and efficiency in mind. Spare parts and technical support are offered over the life of the plant.

FiberMak Momentum Gen-5 Fiber Laser Cutting Machine

FiberMak Momentum Gen-5 is the fifth-generation fiber laser cutting machine built around an AI-assisted control platform and a highly dynamic axis structure. With optional linear motor axes, automatic load and unload units and resonator power from 2 kW up to 30 kW, it delivers high throughput on carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper and brass. A 21.5-inch touch control panel, Beckhoff CNC and Metalix/Lantek CAD/CAM integration keep operation straightforward. The machine received the 2024 iF Design Award.

EVO III combines the bending power of hydraulic press brakes with the precision and energy efficiency of electric systems through its servo-hybrid drive. Its closed-loop hydraulic design consumes less oil, shortens cycle times and lowers noise levels. A high-resolution angle measurement system and automatic crowning compensation deliver repeatable bends from the very first part. The machine has won design awards in both Germany and the United States.

Thunderbird Competition is a fully enclosed fiber laser cutting machine developed for high-speed production lines. As the pioneer and first manufacturer of locally produced Servo Electric Press Brakes in Turkey, Dener Makina has enabled its customers to experience new generation bending technologies with different models and tonnages. During the downward movement of the upper beam, servo motors tension the belts over the main pulley system to generate bending force. The return of the upper beam is assisted by springs, saving energy.

Plating Ventilation and Scrubber Systems

Plating ventilation moves process gases off the line through collectors, ducts and fans. Flue-gas washing units (scrubbers) wash plating fumes to reduce workplace and environmental emissions. The system is engineered together with automatic and manual plating plants. Prometal manufactures and installs ventilation as part of the surface-treatment line.
