Laminated glass

It is formed by placing PVB between at least two or more glass plates. After pressing and combining with preheating, laminating process is completed by applying high pressure and heat in the unit called autoclave. The main purpose of laminated glass is security. It is functional in reducing the risk of injury in the event of an accident, safety against crashes and theft prevention. Once laminating is done, only edging can be applied. It can be used in glass showcases, internal partitions, bank branches, hospitals and police stations.

Colorless flat glass

These glasses, which have a colorless and transparent structure, are produced as plates with floatation technique. Colorless flat glass which is suitable for use in all sectors can go through processes such as trimming, drilling, pressing, tempering, laminating. All colorless flat glasses we supply are of architectural quality (TS EN 572-2). Plate sizes can be all kinds of machine sizes; depending on the size of the production line, one side can be measured as 3210 mm, 3300 mm, and 3660 mm. They are widely used in architectural applications as double glazing, and as processed glass in furniture, white goods, coolers and shower cabins.

Tempered glass

Tempered glasses are glass models that eliminate the ‘blind accident’ risk factor thanks to their ability to break into blunt pieces when they are hit in the event of an accident or crash. In this glass model, which takes its final form after the heating – shock cooling processes, the tension is spread homogeneously and horizontally with different systems. The glass is resistant to thermal stress. Cutting, drilling, edge processing or superficial operations cannot be performed. The color or brightness of the glass do not change after the thermal treatment. Typical uses include glass balcony units, handrails, glass doors, shower cabins, refrigerator and oven glass, furniture and façade windows.
