Heper Metal produces cylindrical lead at its İzmir Torbalı facility together with pure and alloyed lead ingots and hunting sports pellets; production is prepared to customer demand in diameter and alloy options.

Morçelik produces grey-iron castings as part of 11,000 t/year of iron and steel output in the 7,000 m² Konya 3rd OIZ plant. Melting is up to 10 tonnes per heat with high-rate pouring. Parts follow a SolidWorks drawing through modelling, sand preparation, melting, moulding, cleaning/grinding and quality control.
