Since 2001 Uniprom has grown through wholesale manufacturing of work trousers, vests, jackets, shirts and aprons at its Aksaray OSB factory. Output is also shipped to Europe (Switzerland, Germany, France, Austria, Belgium). Alongside retail and e-commerce, the wholesale channel serves dealers and corporate buyers.

Apparel design and product development

To supply high-quality clothing for coming seasons, new fabric techniques and designs are researched; custom designs and capsule collections are prepared to the client’s brief. Fabrics, accessories, print, embroidery, washing and dyeing methods are developed and turned into garments through modelling. The process starts with research and mood boards, continues with print, accessory and embroidery suppliers, and ends with finished pieces presented to the brand. More than 700 new styles are developed each month.

Ready-to-wear OEM manufacturing

After an order is placed, production is planned for on-time delivery. Average output is 2.5 million pieces a month; 10% is made in the Torbalı units and the majority by a subcontractor network. Cutting-audit, quality-assurance and code-of-conduct teams work in the field. Lead times are 4–6 weeks, or 2–3 weeks for repeats. Sun Tekstil was the Aegean Region’s top ready-to-wear exporter in 2018–2021 and 2024, and second in 2025.

Selga produces about 10 million pieces a year and delivers 8 million private-label units for nine global brands. The Nersoy plant in Çaycuma OSB covers 20,000 m² with a 450-person core team and roughly 850 total workforce including subcontractors for OEM partnerships.
