Ready-Made Garments
The Birlik Örme garment division has operated since 1 March 2014. Exports go mainly to Germany and other EU countries. In-house units cover pattern, fabric testing, cutting, sewing, quality control and ironing-packing. Women’s and men’s tops and bottoms are made from knitted and woven cloth.
Knitted Fabric
The company supplies knitted fabric; knitting sits under Birlik Örme. Dyed and digitally printed fabric is also exported. The dyehouse park runs from a 25 kg Yıldız Eco Fast DYE to a 1,200 kg Brazzoli HT6 XC.
Cotton Yarn
Akıncılar Tekstil supplies cotton yarn. The chemistry lab runs fibre, dye and chemical analysis; sample colour work is read on a Datacolor spectrophotometer from spectral values or a Pantone code. The recipe is pipetted on an Odesi machine, dyed on sample machines and judged under D65–TL84–Cool White–UW before a card is sent.

Finishing
Textile finishing is the set of processes that change appearance and handle to suit end use and fashion; it is grouped as pretreatment, colouring and finish. Pretreatment includes scouring, bleaching, mercerising and singeing. Chemical finishes include softening, water-repellence, crease resistance, antibacterial and anti-pilling. Raising draws fibres to the surface on needle cylinders so the cloth looks napped.
Dyeing
Colouring in textile finishing is dyeing and printing. Reactive dyes colour cotton, viscose, modal, tencel, wool and silk; the dye bonds chemically to the fibre and fastness is generally good. Exhaust dyeing is governed by salt, alkali and the time-temperature curve. Brazzoli HT and Yıldız Eco Fast DYE kettles run from 25 kg to 1,200 kg.
Garment Making

In-house knitting, dyehouse and digital print support short lead times. The main export markets are Germany and other EU countries.
