About
Founded in 1987 in İstanbul, Aster Textile has ranked among Türkiye’s top 10 textile exporters in ready-made and collection garments since 1993. It delivers products consisting mainly of knitted and woven collections for women, men and children to more than 20 international customers in nine countries.
Headquartered in Esenyurt, İstanbul, Aster operates in Kırklareli-Babaeski, Tokat-Erbaa, Tekirdağ-Çerkezköy, Nevşehir-Cappadocia and Serbia-Niš, in a total of 134,515 m² of fully owned indoor space. Aster Atelier at headquarters develops and manufactures premium-segment products, with sampling, printing, embroidery and production lines on site.

Woven Garments
Aster produces woven collections alongside knits and delivers them to more than 20 international customers in nine countries. The Babaeski and Erbaa factories and the Esenyurt Atelier host woven ready-to-wear lines. The customer list includes outerwear brands such as The North Face.
Knitted Garments
Aster’s products consist mainly of knitted and woven collections for women, men and children. The Nevşehir-Cappadocia factory focuses on garments from knitted fabric. The Niš, Serbia plant manufactures knitted garments in t-shirt, sweatshirt and trousers groups.
Sweatshirts and Knit Outer Layers
The Niš factory explicitly lists the sweatshirt product group; these pieces are sewn as knit outer-layer / casual outerwear. Aster Atelier in Esenyurt develops similar groups on premium sampling and production lines. The Artesa dyehouse states 550 tons/month dyeing capacity for outerwear and sportswear fabrics.

CMT Apparel Manufacturing
The Babaeski, Erbaa OSB, Cappadocia and Niš factories manufacture garments from fabric and trims. The Erbaa plant joined the group in 2013 inside Erbaa Organized Industrial Zone and later moved into a wholly owned building. Sewing processes in the factories are measured with MTM and lean production.
OEM Ready-to-Wear Manufacturing
Aster manufactures knitted and woven garments for more than 20 international customers in nine countries. Its factories hold GOTS, RCS, OCS, ISO 9001 and ISO 45001. Delivery from first design to customer stores and warehouses is managed by the relevant departments.
Design and Sampling
Design, Innovation and Business Development teams in İstanbul and London develop products by anticipating global customers’ expectations. Aster Atelier at Esenyurt headquarters runs sampling, printing, embroidery and production lines. Premium-segment products are developed and manufactured there.
