Bulk Workwear Manufacturing
PPE ServiceGoproteks manufactures CE-certified workwear at its own plant in Ataşehir, Istanbul, since 1997 for construction, healthcare, security, food and energy. The catalogue covers up to 154 models in 12 categories: workwear, hospital uniforms, hi-vis garments, coveralls and disposable PPE. Minimum orders are 100 for safety workwear, 50 for hospital and security uniforms, 500 for disposables. After sample approval, production is planned in 7–14 working days up to 500 pieces and 14–21 working days for 500–2000; cargo delivery to all 81 provinces.

Logo Embroidery and Printing
Apparel OEM ManufacturingEmbroidery and printing are done in Goproteks' own workshop (opened in 2005). Embroidery uses computerized machines, wash-durable; preferred files are vector AI, EPS, SVG or PNG at min. 300 DPI. Printing applies single- or multi-colour logos on textiles; PDF, AI or EPS is preferred. Security uniforms receive badge and emblem embroidery; custom Pantone colours and cut changes from technical drawings are available. Logo, company name and department marks are applied from the minimum order; digitizing may be charged if the file is not suitable.

Apparel Design and Product DevelopmentTo supply high-quality clothing for coming seasons, new fabric techniques and designs are researched; custom designs and capsule collections are prepared to the client’s brief. Fabrics, accessories, print, embroidery, washing and dyeing methods are developed and turned into garments through modelling. The process starts with research and mood boards, continues with print, accessory and embroidery suppliers, and ends with finished pieces presented to the brand. More than 700 new styles are developed each month.
