Fabric: 96% polyester, 4% elastane; autumn–spring and winter.

Knitwear Apparel

Sun Tekstil primarily focuses on women’s knitwear and manufactures ready-to-wear garments from circular knit fabrics and knitted qualities. Trend-setting models designed in-house are delivered to consumers through leading global brands. Average output is 2.5 million pieces per month; 10% is made in-house at the Torbalı units and the rest through a monitored supplier network. Lead times are 4–6 weeks, falling to 2–3 weeks on repeat orders.

Woven garments

Alongside knitwear, Sun Tekstil has produced woven garments since 2018. Collections designed for leading European brands use fabrics partly supplied by subsidiary Ekoten Fabrics. Quality-assurance specialists run checks throughout production, and chemical and physical tests are carried out in in-house laboratories. Delivery lead times are 4–6 weeks, or 2–3 weeks for repeat orders.

Selga Textile specializes in high-quality men’s boxer production. All output is exported, and about 80% of exports are men’s boxers. At the Nersoy plant cutting, heat-transfer printing, sewing and QC run under one roof, with roughly 21–22 million pieces annual capacity.

Wholesale orders typically start at 100 pieces per model and colour; cotton, bamboo and modal models can share one shipment. Colours are confirmed on physical swatches before production.

Since 2001 Uniprom has grown through wholesale manufacturing of work trousers, vests, jackets, shirts and aprons at its Aksaray OSB factory. Apparel OEM Manufacturing

To supply high-quality clothing for coming seasons, new fabric techniques and designs are researched; custom designs and capsule collections are prepared to the client’s brief. Fabrics, accessories, print, embroidery, washing and dyeing methods are developed and turned into garments through modelling. The process starts with research and mood boards, continues with print, accessory and embroidery suppliers, and ends with finished pieces presented to the brand. More than 700 new styles are developed each month.
