The About page lists manufacture and sale of HVAC filter systems together with HEPA, roll, bag and carbon filters and air cleaners. The electrostatic-filter page states that plants built at the Istanbul factory use metal, panel, electrostatic, ozone and activated-carbon filters as required. Filter components are washed and reused for years; carbon in the activated-carbon filter is replaced. Where a chimney cannot be installed they remove cooking odour, smoke, dust and soot and remove the need for a stack.

The same page states active-electrostatic air-cleaning plants are designed and built to need. Cabinets are aluminium-framed, galvanized or stainless-faced, powder-coated, double-skin, rock-wool insulated, chemically sealed at joints, rubber-gasketed and fully leak-tight. Dirty air passes a metal pre-filter, panel filter, electrostatic filter, ozone filter, activated-carbon filter and a particle filter, sterilised up to 99%. High-voltage units run on 220 V, consume 100–500 W and produce 20,000–100,000 V. Units can be fitted to an existing ventilation system and are also used for laser-cutting and press oil-smoke.

Alp active electrostatic filter

The electrostatic-filter page states Alp active electrostatic filters capture cooking smoke and odour and also filter oil vapour in industrial plants. Particles of 0.3 µm and larger are filtered at rates approaching 99%; visible smoke is separated from the air. Mikro Kurairil is a patented plate system designed by Alperen’s R&D: ionisation is formed between specially designed plates, not tubes or wires. All equipment is manufactured with 100% domestic capital on CNC machines at the Istanbul factory. CE, ISO 9001, TM, SSB and TSE service-competence certificates are listed.

WELDUST WEX PRO externally articulated acrobat arms are mechanical arms that provide the removal of welding fumes and harmful gases from the environment in industrial areas and central ventilation systems. The suction hood is positioned close to the source of the fumes or harmful gases and provides regional suction with the help of aspirators. Externally articulated acrobat arms are more preferred in dust collection systems. Our WELDUST WEX PRO Externally articulated Acrobat Arms model is produced in 2 meters and 3 meters. Thanks to the ergonomic design of our WEX model, it can rotate 180 degrees without disturbing the worker and is very useful for local suction.

Periodic maintenance and technical service

About lists service among the work stages. The electrostatic-filter page says periodic maintenance is easy: pre-filter and electrostatic filter are pulled from a sliding bay, washed, dried and refitted; only the carbon of the activated-carbon filter is replaced; the ozone filter needs no cleaning. Cleaning and filter changes can be done by the user or by requesting service. Filter components are washed and used for years.

Installation and commissioning

The electrostatic-filter page states installation and commissioning are straightforward; modular parts do not need assembling on site. The unit is delivered ready to install. After duct and electrical connection it is started with the start switch. Optional installation and commissioning are also done by specialist service teams. Ready-to-use delivery lists flame-arrestor, metal oil filter, electrostatic filter, activated carbon, fan, motor and inverter control panel in the package.
