Industrial Dust Filter / Collection UnitThe electrostatic-filter page states Alp active electrostatic filters capture cooking smoke and odour and also filter oil vapour in industrial plants. Particles of 0.3 µm and larger are filtered at rates approaching 99%; visible smoke is separated from the air. Mikro Kurairil is a patented plate system designed by Alperen’s R&D: ionisation is formed between specially designed plates, not tubes or wires. Industrial Dust Filter / Collection UnitIPERJET DF is fitted with horizontal cartridges for welding fumes, fine and coarse dust, small particles and fumes from thermal cutting. It is for indoor use. Where local rules allow, filtered air can be returned to the room to save energy. A separator zone at the inlet drops most dust into the first tank; remaining dust is filtered into a second tank.
