Aluminium Billet
Aluminium billet produced in 1050, 1070, 6005, 6060, 6061, 6063, 6082, 6463, 7005, 7020 and 9003 alloys. Manufactured diameters are 100, 120, 127, 152, 178 and 203 mm, matching 4", 4.5", 5", 6", 7" and 8" extrusion presses, with lengths up to 7300 mm. Billets with good chemical analysis and high homogeneity extend extrusion die life and raise total efficiency by reducing scrap and waste for profile manufacturers.
Aluminium Ingot (A5, A7, A8)
Aluminium ingots in A5, A7 and A8 grades from the Solid Group Metal product range. The ingots are shipped in strapped, stacked bundles and are used as raw material in casting and remelting processes. The company carries its alloy know-how from billet and profile production into ingot supply.
Standard Aluminium Tube Profiles
Standard aluminium tube profiles listed by die number, outer diameter (Ø D), inner diameter (Ø a), wall thickness (t) and weight per metre. The catalogue covers outer diameters from Ø 6.5 mm to Ø 101.5 mm, wall thicknesses from 0.8 mm to 11.25 mm and weights from 49 g/m to 4670 g/m. For example, die 2002 is Ø 28 x 0.85 mm (197 g/m) and die 3013 is Ø 101.5 x 1.5 mm (1277 g/m).

Aluminium Extrusion Profile Production
Aluminium profile production with 5", 6" and 7" extrusion presses at the production facility in Ankara Sincan ASO 2nd and 3rd OIZ. Using its own billets up to 7300 mm long, the company produces tube, box, angle, blind, insect screen, glass balcony and solar energy profiles, offering fast and low-cost supply to profile and system companies.
Aluminium Profile Electrostatic Powder Coating
Electrostatic powder coating applied to extruded profiles at the Solid Group Metal production facility. The plant has powder coating booths and a conveyor line where profiles are hung and coated. This lets the aluminium profile process, from billet production through extrusion to surface coating, be completed in a single facility.
