Periodic maintenance and fast troubleshooting are provided by a service team able to respond to emergency breakdowns, including hydraulic cylinder and unit overhaul.

Custom Hydraulic Manifold Block Design and Manufacturing
Hydraulic System SolutionsHydraulic manifold blocks are designed from any circuit diagram and to suit specific applications, then manufactured accordingly. Blocks are designed in 3D and machined on 4- and 5-axis CNC vertical machining centres. Besides in-house design, blocks are also produced to customer drawings; surface protection processes are applied on request and every block is function-tested before shipment.

Hydraulic System SolutionsNG6 subplates and standard or customer-specific hydraulic blocks are produced at the Hydro-Pack facility. Production runs on a machine park of two CNC lathes, three CNC vertical milling machines, a CNC sliding head lathe, a universal lathe, vertical and horizontal milling machines and a hardness testing machine. Blocks are supplied together with NG6 and NG10 solenoid valves and modular valves as a complete solution.
