Single and double-acting industrial hydraulic cylinder. Bore 25-320 mm, rod diameter 15-250 mm, stroke ≤ 7,000 mm (buckling-limited), rated pressure 200-250 bar, test pressure ≤ 1.5 × rated (ISO 10100). Mounting: clevis, flange, foot, trunnion, rod end. Body DIN 2391-2 St52 / EN 10305-1 E355 honed tube, rod CK45 / 42CrMo4 hard-chrome plated bar. For tipping, waste, mobile platform, forklift, construction, agriculture and industrial applications.
Custom Design Hydraulic Cylinders
Fully custom hydraulic cylinder built from customer drawing, design file, technical specification or sample. Free choice of bore, stroke, pressure, mounting and seal brand; sample, small batch and series production. Reference standards ISO 6020 / 6022, DIN, NFPA; EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate and CE declaration on request. For combinations not met by standard series and compatible replacement production from an existing supplier drawing.
Telescopic Hydraulic Cylinders
Single and double-acting telescopic hydraulic cylinder. 2-7 stages, max 12,600 mm stroke, rated pressure 200-250 bar, test pressure ≤ 1.5 × rated; internal cushion and external stop ring. Stage tubes DIN 2391-2 St52 / EN 10305-1 E355 with in-house hard-chrome plating (~30 µm, ≥ 20 µm), 200 h ISO 9227 salt spray test. For tipping semi-trailers, tractors, mining bodies, mobile platforms and waste compactor vehicles.
