Bagomax Fully Automatic Bag Opening and Emptying Machine
Special MachineryT-MAX Bagomax takes 25 kg plastic, paper or jute bags from the pallet, opens them automatically and empties them into a collection hopper. Moving hooks carry the top pallet layer over rotating blades; a specially designed shaking method achieves an emptying rate above 99.98%. Capacity reaches up to 15 t/h depending on the application; the whole system including pneumatic conveying is controlled by a Siemens S7 PLC, with optional Bag Compactor and pallet stacker.

Shell thickness and foundation are determined by computer-aided analysis considering seismic regulations, snow and wind loads and bulk density; it offers POKE-YOKE filling and radar level monitoring.
