Bagomax Fully Automatic Bag Opening and Emptying Machine
T-MAX Bagomax takes 25 kg plastic, paper or jute bags from the pallet, opens them automatically and empties them into a collection hopper. Moving hooks carry the top pallet layer over rotating blades; a specially designed shaking method achieves an emptying rate above 99.98%. Capacity reaches up to 15 t/h depending on the application; the whole system including pneumatic conveying is controlled by a Siemens S7 PLC, with optional Bag Compactor and pallet stacker.
Drymax Dry Air Generators (LD Series)
T-MAX Drymax LD series dry air dehumidifiers are mainly used for drying engineering plastics. A silica gel cartridge rotor delivers dry air with a dew point down to −50 °C under ideal conditions. The series comprises 14 models, the largest supplying up to 4,000 m³/h of dry air, and features precise P.I.D. temperature control, two condensers and a mechanically interlocked main power switch.
Silomax Aluminium Raw Material Silos
T-MAX Silomax is an aluminium or SST-304 stainless raw material storage silo for indoor and outdoor use in high-capacity plastics plants. It has a modular panel design and is built in standard or customer-specific sizes for regrind, PET flake, powder, free-flowing and difficult-flowing materials. Shell thickness and foundation are determined by computer-aided analysis considering seismic regulations, snow and wind loads and bulk density; it offers POKE-YOKE filling and radar level monitoring.

Automation and Traceability Projects
TEPRO builds tailor-made automation infrastructure for plants facing material mix-ups and traceability gaps. Barcode and RFID-based material identification, real-time data flow via ERP/SCADA integration, touchscreen HMI panels and automation cabinets designed for high temperature, dust and vibration are commissioned together. In the reference project, production errors fell by 99% and material traceability reached 100%.
Raw Material Silo Engineering, Manufacturing and Installation
Under T-MAX Silo, TEPRO provides engineering support, project design, manufacturing and installation for plastic raw material storage systems. In one completed project, six 75 m³ modular silos and six 120 m³ aluminium raw material storage silos were manufactured, transported to site and commissioned in two phases, with a stainless vertical mixer sized for the production area and stainless discharge and feed lines integrated into the system.
Technical Service and Spare Parts
TEPRO provides 24/7 technical service for plastics processing machinery, from injection moulding machines to mould temperature units, with an engineering team of more than 25. Services cover fault diagnosis and repair, periodic maintenance, overhaul and modernisation, and new machine installation, commissioning and operator training. Original manufacturer spare parts and certified maintenance kits are used.
