Process Equipment ProductAs EGEAY Makina, we establish a fully automated, PLC-controlled turnkey plant for gypsum and cement or ceramic adhesives, joint fillers and surface hardeners. Construction chemicals plants with a capacity of 20-50 tonnes per hour are fully automated; mixers with 2,500–4,000 litres mixing capacity are generally suitable, with larger or smaller mixers used as needed. The plant is usually operated as a double line for gypsum- and cement-based production. In the vertical plant, raw material silos sit at the top of the steel structure; in the pneumatic-transfer plant, silos are at ground level and product is moved by pneumatic conveying. Main machines include dosing and weighing bunkers, bucket elevator, mixer, packaging machine, jet-pulse filter, automatic pallet stretching line, electricity panel and SCADA automation.

Vertical and Horizontal Conveying Systems
Conveyors ProductEGEAY Machinery manufactures vertical and horizontal conveying systems according to the process and facility conditions to be operated. Bucket elevators are produced in chain and belt types with 5-500 tonnes/hour capacity and are designed for vertical transfer of powdered products according to the place of use and required capacity. Spiral conveyors move powder in a straight line by the circular motion of helical blades; standard diameters are Ø114, Ø140, Ø165, Ø220, Ø270, Ø300 and Ø380 mm, with other sizes manufactured when needed. Belt and roller conveyors transfer bagged, powder, particle or lumpy products along a line. In the densconveyor pneumatic system, high-pressure air is fed into a vessel filled with material and the mix is transferred to a cyclone, silo or target mixer; dense-phase lines use thick-walled pipes and special basalt elbows.

OSG HS Bi-Directional Overspeed Governor
Special MachineryOSG HS is Aspar’s bi-directional overspeed governor in the elevator safety-equipment class. For type OSG HS the minimum rated speed is 2 m/s and the maximum rated speed is 3 m/s; the minimum sheave diameter is Ø300 mm and the rated rope diameter dnom is 6-8 mm. Bearings are double sealed ball bearings; travel direction is up and down. The governor is safety equipment under Lift Directive 2014/33/EU and complies with EN 81-20/50. Standard Model Cleaning Basket
Special MachineryThe standard model basket is used on flat facades without recesses. Basket load capacity is 240 kg and self-weight is 270 kg. Two 1 kW motors provide vertical travel; Ø8 galvanized steel rope is used and excess rope is wound on a drum. The door group is steel box profile; other parts are aluminum. The basket has two safety (blockstop) brakes, two overload switches, four upper switches and two lower level switches; vertical and roof machine movements are controlled from inside the basket.

Special MachineryDesigned to deliver personnel into facade recesses, typically used for recesses of 2 m and above. It opens hydraulically like scissors to extend the basket into the recess; balance is maintained by counterweights opening in the opposite direction. Safe access for recesses from 2 m to 5.5 m. Load capacity 240 kg; basket weight 980–1300 kg depending on opening length. Uses Ø10 6×19 galvanized rope and two 1.5 kW motors rated 1500 kg; hydraulic opening is manual or electric.
